Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Sales Administrator whose primary duties will include providing customer support to the organization by receiving, processing, tracking, and verifying the accuracy of customer orders and quotes. This position will act as a liaison between customers, sales, production, engineering, accounting, shipping departments and upper management. This position will also provide Sales Managers with sales support from the beginning to end of sales cycle and follow up with customers to be sure all requirements are met.

Additional Duties:
  1. Utilize appropriate processes to receive, process, track and verify the accuracy of orders from customers into the computerized database system.
  2. Maintain customer records, produce sales reports, and assist with order processing. 
  3. Communicate with customers via phone and email concerning quotes, orders, RMA’s, and shipments. Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries, as necessary.
  4. Input and process RMA in computerized system along with generating RMA reports.
  5. Handle customer contracts and NDA tracking. 
  6. Travel and tradeshow coordination. 
  7. Track and keep up to date company registrations/certifications.
  8. RFP/RFI compiling for government programs.
  9. Prepare quotations, part number requests and process purchase requisitions. Maintain and update forecast and pipeline reports.
  10. Maintain and organize filing system to ensure efficiency.
  11. Develop, maintain, and update job specific work instruction.  
  12. Recommend changes to existing methods and processes to increase accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness to our customers.
  13. Provide support to sales staff and perform other related duties as assigned. Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Prior administrative experience preferred.
Must be a United States Citizen.

Must have knowledge of typical business operations and working use of a variety of office equipment and computer software applications such as database & presentation software (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
Coordination, customer service, verbal communication, and initiative.
Must have ability to understand departmental operations and procedures.
Must have the ability to work on an individual basis as well as in a team environment along with a demonstrated ability to report to work as scheduled and on time.
Position is a full-time, daylight position, M-F 7:30am-3:30pm
